The Mt. Auburn March for the Cure is celebrating its 3rd year in the fight against breast cancer. Area residents have been making a huge difference by participating in the walk, run and ride. Breast cancer will strike one in seven women. Whether it is your mother, daughter, wife, sister or friend, you will be affected! Being part of the Mt. Auburn March for the Cure is a way to fight back and support The Little Red Door Cancer Agency. Participants may walk, run or ride in honor or memory of a loved one.
The event will begin at 9:00 a.m. and include a 3-mile walk, a 5-mile run, and 10 and 25-mile bike rides. Registration will cost $10, and will be open the morning of the event, starting at 7:00 a.m. All proceeds will go to Little Red Door. Visit the Mt. Auburn March for the Cure blog for more information, or contact the organizer directly. Kim Kingsmith: kimkingsmithevents@yahoo.com
